Repairs and estimates

What does Workmanship Guaranteed cover?

It covers the labor and services our technicians perform: collision repair, frame straightening, painting and refinishing, fiberglass and restoration work done in our Chubbuck shop. It doesn't cover parts, manufacturer defects, normal wear, pre-existing conditions or new damage after the repair. If you have a concern about completed work, call us at 208-237-3334.

How do I get an estimate without coming in?

Use the Carwise online photo estimate. Upload photos of the damage and our team reviews them to give you a professional assessment, so you don't need to take time off or arrange a visit just to get a quote.

How can I tell if my frame was damaged?

Watch for the vehicle pulling to one side on a flat road, doors or panels that no longer line up, or uneven tire wear after an accident. Frame damage affects safety, not just looks, so have it checked.

Can cracked fiberglass panels be repaired?

In many cases, yes. We clean the damaged area, rebuild the material and refinish the surface to match. The right approach depends on the damage, which we assess vehicle by vehicle.

What's the difference between painting and refinishing?

Painting applies a new color coat. Refinishing is the whole process: prep, primer, color matching and protective clear coat. Our service covers both, from post-collision work to repainting weather-worn panels.

Sales, services and area

How do I find out which used vehicles are available?

Call the shop. Inventory changes regularly, so a quick conversation gives you a more accurate picture than a listing that may be out of date.

Do you offer modifications or body kits?

No. We focus on repair and restoration: collision repair, frame straightening, painting and refinishing, fiberglass repair, classic restoration and practical accessories.

Do you serve drivers outside Chubbuck?

Yes. We're in Chubbuck and serve Pocatello and the wider Bannock County area. Customers from neighboring communities use us regularly.

Towing

How do I request a tow?

Call our tow driver directly at 208-380-1133. Have your location, vehicle make and model and a short description of what happened ready.

Can you tow my vehicle to your shop for repairs?

Yes. We can bring it to our shop at 4700 Burley Drive, where our team handles collision repair, frame straightening, fiberglass and paint.

What areas do you tow in?

Chubbuck, Pocatello and the surrounding Bannock County area. If you're not sure you're in range, call the driver and describe where you are.

Is the towing number different from the shop number?

Yes. For towing call 208-380-1133. For estimates, repairs in progress or used vehicles, call the shop at 208-237-3334.
