It covers the labor and services our technicians perform in our shop. It does not extend to third-party parts, manufacturer defects or anything outside our control.
How does the Carwise photo estimate work?
Photograph the damaged areas and upload them through Carwise. Our team reviews the photos and prepares an estimate before your vehicle comes in, so you don't need a visit just to get a number.
Can you help with insurance paperwork?
We aren't an insurance company and can't manage your claim, but a Carwise photo estimate gives you and your insurer a clear, documented picture of the repair needed.
My car pulls to one side after the accident. Is that collision repair?
Pulling usually points to frame or structural damage. Frame straightening may be needed alongside or instead of standard collision repair. Send photos through Carwise if you're unsure.
How long does a collision repair take?
It depends on the damage, parts availability and the services needed. Call the shop for a realistic timeframe based on your vehicle and our current workload.

my Chevy Malibu was hit on the back passenger door and they drove away. Jack's was a cheaper bid than another place and were very nice to take it in and didn't take too long. I definitely recommend Jack's to anyone. thank you very much Jack's auto body!!
